8 Cute Things to Buy in Mumuso

Mumuso Korea has just opened their second branch in Lucky Chinatown a few days ago and it was full of people wanting to see what’s in store for them. Mumuso is a fast fashionable leisure-lifestyle commodities store from Korea and their first branch is at Farmer’s Plaza. Like Daiso from Japan, they sell almost everything from make-up, beauty products, and fashion items to stuffed toys, electronic accessories, and home decors. The best part is that those cute and useful things can be bought for as low as P99. Talk about affordable! So I went around the store and personally picked some cute things to buy in Mumuso. I’m sure you’ll like them too!

1. Mineral Water Natural Skin Care Powder

The box of this powder is so cute!! I especially love the cat sitting on top of the building!

2. Summer Ice Pillow

With the blazing hot weather we have here in Manila, this summer ice pillow will be a huge help in keeping our head and neck cool! As for me, I would probably just keep it attached to my face at all times. I love it when my face is cold!

3. Eyelash Curler

See that uniquely-designed handle on the right side? Yep, that’s a good enough reason to buy it!

4. Marine Vacuum Bottle

The design of the bottle reminds me of the ocean… And the pirates of Disney!

5. Pink Teddy Bear

Your own personal Mr. Teddy… in pink!! It’s kind of like the teddy bear Victoria’s Secret would make, VS style!

6. Acrylic Sticky Hook

I’m a little confused with this one. Is that supposed to be a whale or a fish? Still loving it though!

7. Robot Clock

Who wouldn’t want to wake up to this everyday?? I’m know I would!

8. Eyebrow Razor

I actually don’t use a razor to trim my brows, instead, I go to the salon for threading services. I’m too scared of accidentally cutting all of my eyebrows. But the heart cap is so cute that I just had to include them in the list!

That’s all eight of them! What do you think? Aren’t they cute and adorable??

Oh, and here’s how their makeup and nail polish stand looks like. They have a wide variety of it! It’s sure to satisfy your hunger for beauty products!

Some of their items are already sold out and they’ve only been here for a week! Like the white bunny stuffed toy that I wanted, by the time I went back to buy it, it was already gone. *sad*

So if you’re anywhere near Binondo, be sure to drop by Lucky Chinatown Mall to check out this store! And since you’re already there, go ahead and try the new nitrogen ice cream from Singapore that just recently opened their first branch here in the country!

Where to find Mumuso?

Mumuso Korea
3/F Lucky Chinatown Mall
293 Lachambre Street Binondo, Manila

I’ve been hearing around the web that Mumuso is apparently a fake Korean store and is actually from China. I did some searching and found this video on YouTube. I cannot attest if the claims are true because I did not do my own background check and thorough research. Here are my personal thoughts about it.

If it happens to be the truth but you still like their cute products, I don’t think there’s any harm in buying from them as long as you don’t purchase consumable or beauty products. I really like their stuffed toys and hand towels but I’d stray away from their hair care products, nail polish, cosmetics, and skin care products. I might also hesitate from buying their water bottles and lunch boxes since you’ll be consuming the food and water you put there.

No matter what I say, in the end, it is entirely within your discretion whether you’ll still purchase from them or not.

I saw this when we went to Divisoria early last month and now I’m kicking myself for not stopping by. The items are the cutest! How’s the price though? Is it like Japan’s Daiso where almost all items are 88? Haha, really have no idea! I think I need to drop by soon!

The prices are not that high. They sell their products for as low as P99. A P10 difference with Daiso Japan. LOL. :)

These are soooo cute! There’s another Korean Store in Farmer’s and Alimall called 2358 which sells almost the same items. I love that it’s all so cute but still useful. I have even overcome my fear of buying cheap make-up from a Korean Store! LOL.

Ohhh I’ll try going there, I’m sure I’ll like the things they sell! :D As for me, I am still a little reluctant buying cheap makeup from Korean and Japan stores because I have acne-prone skin. I’m really scared of breakouts! Hahaha :)

I haven’t been to Lucky Chinatown because Idk how to go there. But now, I have found a reason to find and discover my way there. Those teddy bears look cute. Do they come in another color? :D I hope a store like this would be built near Makati or Taft area so it would be very much more accessible to me. Haha!

Yes, but it depends on the branch. When I first went to Mumuso, they had color white and brown stuffed toys. :)
